The mystic dragonballs of Earth were created by Dende,the new Guardian of Earth. Earth's dragonballs grant 1 wish,and abide by the rules of all other dragonballs.

Namek DragonBalls
Namek's dragonballs grant 2 wishes and can revive a warrior unlimited amount of times.These dragonballs were created by Guru,the eldest namek,and shares a life force with them.If Guru dies,the dragonballs dissapear.

A mysterious second set of dragonballs found on Earth, these balls were created by Kami, and grant only 1 wish. However,just because you only get 1 wish doesn't mean these dragonballs are weaker than the others.These dragonballs are 3x better than Earth's and Namek's.Once used these balls spread all over the Universe with 1 ball landing on 7 different planets(New Vegeta,New Namek,Arlia,Shadow World,Earth,Yardrat,and Lumik). Also, if these dragonballs are not found within six months they will explode every planet that they are on,meaning it will kill every being on the planet including the planet itself.
